Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs, and provide personalized assistance aligned with brand values
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally; support social media engagement and market representation
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to enhance sales
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Manage inventory levels, replenish sales floor stock, and execute visual merchandising updates according to brand standards
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and collaborate with team members and management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace positioning
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet navigation
• Strong attention to detail and superior organizational abilities
• Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver through sales floor and stockroom
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days

Skills

Experience

Minimum one year of retail experience in a cashier, stock, or sales capacity. Experience in a luxury retail environment is highly preferred. A combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; specific retail or customer service training is an asset.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
