Coach (Maasmechelen, Belgium) seeks a part‑time Sales Support Associate to manage POS, stockroom and client service at Coach Maasmechelen Outlet.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client welcomes and personalised service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS systems accurately; manage cash/media in strict compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and store transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards.
- Monitor and replenish sales‑floor inventory; execute visual merchandising updates and housekeeping standards.
- Proactively suggest add‑on products, promote gift cards and capture customer data where permitted.
- Support social engagement and act as a local brand ambassador; assist colleagues and management to resolve customer requests.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention procedures and maintain accurate recordkeeping for transactions and stock movements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock or sales); experience in a luxury retail environment preferred; combinations of education and experience considered.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Demonstrable cash‑handling competence and familiarity with POS/register systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational ability and capacity to multitask in a high‑traffic retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Fluent English (required for EU location).
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience, ideally in a premium or luxury retail setting, with exposure to cashiering, stock management and customer service.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; combinations of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
