Coach Sales Support Associate position in Lutz, Florida. Retail operations role supporting customer service and store efficiency in a luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance throughout the shopping experience
- Operate the POS system accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in strict compliance with company policy
- Serve as an internal and external brand ambassador; support social media engagement initiatives
- Process shipments and transfers upon receipt; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates according to brand guidelines
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in compliance with applicable regulations
- Support sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer inquiries, and partner with team members and management as required
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines
- Lift merchandise regularly (up to 25 lbs.) and occasionally (up to 50 lbs.); climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver within sales and stockroom areas
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles—preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad/laptop, mobile POS platforms, and internet applications
- Ability to utilize walkie-talkie devices and interpret price and product release sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Fluency in English (required for this location)
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment, encompassing cashier operations, stock management, or sales responsibilities.
Education
No formal education requirement specified; a combination of relevant retail experience and education will be considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Lutz, Florida, USA, with easy access to Tampa.
