Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with policy
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates as directed
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with privacy policies
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally; support social media engagement initiatives
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer inquiries confidently, and partner with team members or management as required
• Maintain housekeeping and loss prevention standards throughout the store environment
• Lift and maneuver merchandise and materials weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs regularly

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems, POS platforms, and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, and mobile POS applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong English language proficiency
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days

Skills

Experience

1+ years of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably within a luxury retail service environment. Equivalent combinations of education and practical experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal education requirement specified.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
