Coach Sales Support Associate
Coach in Lutz, Florida (Tampa) seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate to manage cash wrap, merchandising and client service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client welcomes and personalised assistance at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate POS accurately, manage cash/media in compliance with policy, and maintain a well‑organised cash wrap.
- Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and inter‑store transfers; report discrepancies and keep the stockroom orderly.
- Monitor stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
- Suggest add‑on products, promote gift cards and capture customer information where permitted to support sales objectives.
- Support floor activity by responding to customer requests, partnering with colleagues and management as needed.
- Adhere to housekeeping and Loss Prevention guidelines and assist with local social media/brand ambassador activities as directed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitor activity in the market.
- Familiarity with cash register systems, Mobile POS and basic computer use (iPad, laptop, internet).
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and multitasking ability in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English language proficiency required.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and manoeuvre in sales floor and stockroom spaces.

Experience
At least one year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment; experience with cashiering, stockroom operations and visual merchandising is highly desirable.
Education
No specific degree required; a combination of secondary education and relevant retail experience or training will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
