Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and engage in genuine interactions to assess their needs.
- Conduct email and name capture in compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain accuracy in operating the point of sale (POS) system.
- Ensure cash wrap area is organized and clean.
- Promote additional products and sell gift cards.
- Receive and process shipments and transfers according to company standards.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring product availability on the sales floor.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in inventory counts.
- Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising strategies.
- Communicate product information effectively to customers.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Skills
Experience
1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Compensation
Base pay range from $15.00 to $17.25 hourly.
