Coach Sales Support Associate in Lubbock, Texas—Part-time retail position managing POS, inventory, and customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs, and provide personalized assistance throughout the shopping experience
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted by store protocols
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates according to brand standards
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally; support social media engagement and community presence in the local market
- Support all sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and partner effectively with team members and management
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention and security guidelines
Qualifications
- 1+ year of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape in the marketplace
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet applications
- Ability to operate walkie-talkie devices and read price sheets and product release documentation
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong English language proficiency
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate the sales floor and stockroom

Experience
1 year of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment, in roles such as cashier, stock associate, or sales associate. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
