Coach Sales Support Associate position in Lubbock, Texas—$15–$19.50/hr, retail sales and operations role with full benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating their needs and providing personalized assistance
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted by policy
- Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates consistent with brand standards
- Support sales floor activities and partner with management and teammates to resolve customer requests confidently
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally, supporting social media engagement initiatives
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the retail environment and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
- Lift and maneuver merchandise up to 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs); climb, bend, and kneel as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales positions, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet applications
- Ability to read price sheets, product release sheets, and utilize two-way communication devices
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days
- Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver on sales floor and in stockroom
Skills
Experience
1+ years of retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, with preference for luxury retail service background. A combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
Education
