Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and deliver personalized, attentive service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS devices accurately; manage cash/media in accordance with company policy and maintain an organized cash wrap.
- Receive, unpack, process and organize incoming shipments and inter-store transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom integrity and cleanliness.
- Replenish merchandise, execute merchandising updates, and maintain on-floor presentation standards.
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to support CRM and sales targets.
- Support sales-floor activities and partner with colleagues or management to resolve customer requests promptly.
- Adhere to housekeeping standards and Loss Prevention guidelines; act as a brand ambassador in-store and within the local market, supporting social media engagement when required.
- Perform physical tasks including regular lifting of 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bending, climbing, and stocking duties.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales); luxury retail experience preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Working knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS and internet usage.
- Familiarity using walkie talkies and reading price/product release sheets.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational capability and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifts up to 50 lbs.

Experience
At least one year of prior retail experience in cashier, stockroom or sales roles; experience within luxury retail environments is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
