Coach seeks a Temporary Sales Support Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence across the retail store environment. This role encompasses cash wrap operations, point-of-sale management, inventory handling, and visual merchandising support, demanding attention to brand standards and efficient product flow from receipt through sale. The successful candidate will welcome customers with warmth and professionalism while maintaining stockroom organization and loss prevention compliance.

Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized service
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with policy
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Receive, process, organize shipments and transfers, reporting discrepancies and maintaining stockroom cleanliness
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team members or management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market, supporting social media engagement

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury retail environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, mobile POS, and Internet navigation
• Ability to utilize walkie-talkies and interpret price and product release sheets
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong English language proficiency
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Skills

Experience

Minimum one year of retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably within a luxury retail service environment. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail training or certifications are advantageous but not required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
