Coach Sales Support Associate II, part-time retail role in Lone Tree, CO with $15–$21.75/hr and full benefits including health insurance and paid leave.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance throughout the shopping experience
  • Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally; actively support social media engagement and community presence
  • Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in full compliance with company policy
  • Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with data collection guidelines
  • Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments and transfers; identify and report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
  • Monitor and manage stock levels, replenish merchandise on the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates and seasonal displays
  • Support broader sales floor activities, respond to customer inquiries confidently, and collaborate with team members and management as needed
  • Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention and security guidelines

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of prior retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment; combination of relevant education and experience considered
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape in the marketplace
  • Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad/laptop operation, Mobile POS systems, Internet navigation, and two-way radio communication
  • Ability to read and interpret price sheets, product release documentation, and inventory records
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills in a high-volume environment
  • Capability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas

Experience
