Role & Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide attentive, personalized service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
• Operate POS and Mobile POS systems accurately; manage cash, payment media and register reconciliation in accordance with company policy.
• Serve as a brand ambassador in-store and locally, supporting promotional and social media initiatives when required.
• Receive, inspect and process incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain a tidy, organised stockroom.
• Replenish sales floor merchandise, execute visual merchandising updates and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Support sales floor activities and customer requests; escalate issues to management or specialists as appropriate.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention policies and safe handling procedures; perform physical tasks including lifting and stock movement as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales experience preferred), ideally within a luxury or premium retail environment.
• Working knowledge of cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad, laptop and internet-enabled devices.
• Current awareness of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational aptitude and ability to multitask in a high-traffic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service communication skills; strong English proficiency.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
• Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, bend, climb and manoeuvre within sales floor and stockroom areas.

Experience

At least 1+ year of retail experience is required, with preference given to candidates who have worked in luxury or premium retail settings and who have practical cashier and stockroom exposure.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail training or relevant coursework is a plus. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
