Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally; support social media engagement and community initiatives
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted by policy
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates in line with brand standards
- Support daily sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and collaborate with team members and management
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market landscape
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet applications
- Ability to utilize walkie-talkie systems and interpret price sheets and product release documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays

Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail experience in a cashier, stock, or sales capacity. Experience in luxury retail service environments is strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and practical retail experience will be considered.
