Coach in London (Regent Street) seeks a full-time Sales Support Associate to operate POS, manage stock and deliver luxury client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalised service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Act as a brand ambassador in-store and within the local market; support store social media engagement when required.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organisation and handle cash/media in strict compliance with company policy.
- Recommend add-on products, promote gift cards and capture customer data where permitted to support CRM initiatives.
- Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain a tidy, compliant stockroom.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor and execute visual merchandising updates to maintain brand standards.
- Support sales-floor activities and customer requests; collaborate with colleagues and escalate to management as appropriate.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines to protect inventory and assets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock or sales experience preferred), ideally within luxury retail; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and local marketplace competition.
- Practical familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including use of iPad, laptop and Mobile POS.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; strong English language proficiency.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, peak season and public holidays.

At least 1 year of retail experience, with practical exposure to cashiering, stockroom operations or sales; experience in luxury retail is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of relevant education and practical retail experience will be considered.
