Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with policy
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team or management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
• Lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally); climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Qualifications

• One or more years of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, mobile POS, and Internet applications
• Ability to read price sheets, product release sheets, and utilize walkie-talkie communication
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days

Skills

Experience

1+ years of retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably within a luxury retail environment. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Education

No specific formal education requirement stated; however, strong English language proficiency is required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
