Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs to deliver personalized service.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS systems accurately; maintain cash wrap organization and follow cash/media procedures.
- Receive, process and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain a clean, functional stockroom.
- Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, promote add‑ons and gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention and housekeeping standards; support social media engagement as a local brand ambassador.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Familiarity with POS systems, Mobile POS, iPad/tablet use, basic internet navigation and walkie‑talkie operation.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability and capacity to multitask in high‑volume retail environments.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to bend, climb and maneuver on the sales floor.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience, ideally in a luxury or premium retail environment, with hands‑on cashiering, stockroom and customer service responsibilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational retail training or relevant certifications are a plus.
