Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs, and provide personalized shopping assistance
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally; support social media engagement initiatives
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Receive, process, organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates according to brand guidelines
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and partner with team members or management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to all Loss Prevention guidelines and protocols

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales background)
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet proficiency
• Ability to utilize walkie talkies and read price sheets and product release documentation
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace landscape
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Skills

Experience

A minimum of one year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. Experience in cashier operations, stock management, or sales roles is valued. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no specific educational requirement stated.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
