Coach Sales Support Associate in Leesburg, Virginia. Retail associate role ($15.00–$21.75/hr) supporting store operations, customer service, and inventory management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating their needs and offering personalized assistance
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Coach internally and within the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in full compliance with company policy
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted and appropriate
- Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report any discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
- Manage inventory stock levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates as directed
- Support general sales floor activities, respond to customer inquiries confidently, and collaborate with team members and management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines
- Lift and maneuver merchandise regularly (up to 25 lbs typically; up to 50 lbs occasionally); climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail environment; relevant combination of education and experience will be considered
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape within the marketplace
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad/laptop operation, Mobile POS systems, and internet navigation; ability to use walkie-talkies and read price and product release sheets
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver store areas

Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles. Experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred. A combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered in lieu of direct retail background.
