Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in strict compliance with company policy
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor displays, and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and partner with team members or management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to loss prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, mobile point-of-sale, and internet platforms
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service orientation
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally; capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver both sales floor and stockroom spaces

Skills

Experience

Minimum one year of retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles is required, with preference given to candidates with previous luxury retail service background. A combination of relevant education and hands-on experience will be considered.

Education

No specific educational qualifications are required; however, high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
