Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized service
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information as permitted
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers with accuracy; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Manage inventory levels, replenish merchandise on the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests confidently, partnering with team members and management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to all Loss Prevention guidelines
• Serve as an internal and external brand ambassador; support social media engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales background), preferably in a luxury retail environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems, basic computer skills, iPad/laptop usage, mobile POS systems, and Internet applications
• Ability to use walkie-talkie communications and read price and product release sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong English language proficiency

Skills

Experience

One or more years of retail experience in roles such as cashier, stock associate, or sales associate, preferably within a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional retail or customer service training is advantageous.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
