Coach Sales Support Associate (Part-time) in Laval, Quebec. Join our retail team at Carrefour Laval. $17.60–$22.00/hour + benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs, and provide personalized shopping assistance
  • Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
  • Process and organize incoming shipments and transfers, report discrepancies, and maintain stockroom cleanliness and safety standards
  • Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates according to brand guidelines
  • Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
  • Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally; support social media engagement and brand positioning initiatives
  • Support all sales floor activities and respond confidently to customer requests in partnership with team members and management
  • Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines
  • Lift and maneuver merchandise (up to 25 lbs. regularly, up to 50 lbs. occasionally) and perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, kneeling, and navigating the sales floor and stockroom

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of previous retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail environment
  • Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive market landscape
  • Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS platforms, and Internet navigation
  • Ability to use walkie-talkie communication systems and read price and product release sheets accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • English language proficiency

Experience
