Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized service
• Serve as a brand ambassador both internally and within the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in strict compliance with company policy
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with privacy guidelines
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests with confidence; collaborate with team members and management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales background), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape in the marketplace
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet applications
• Demonstrated ability to use walkie talkies, read price and product release sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong English language proficiency
• Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally); able to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom safely

Experience

1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and hands-on retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
