Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment methods in compliance with company policy
• Process shipments and transfers, report discrepancies promptly, and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates as directed
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market while supporting social media engagement initiatives
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to all Loss Prevention guidelines
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and collaborate with team members and management as needed
• Demonstrate ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom

Qualifications

• One or more years of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet applications
• Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational capabilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays

Skills

Experience

1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service setting. Cashier, stock, or sales background is beneficial. A combination of relevant education and hands-on experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or general educational development (GED) preferred. Equivalent retail or customer service training will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
