Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs and deliver personalized service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate POS systems accurately, manage cash/media in accordance with policy and maintain an organized cash wrap.
- Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor and assist with visual merchandising and floor moves to maintain brand presentation.
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards and capture customer information when permitted to support CRM and sales targets.
- Serve as a brand ambassador in-store and in the local market, including supporting approved social media engagement and store events.
- Support loss prevention procedures, uphold housekeeping standards and respond to customer requests with confidence.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; perform regular lifting (25 lbs) and occasional heavier lifting (up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of retail experience (cashier, stock or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency with cash register systems, POS and mobile POS platforms; comfortable using iPad, laptop and walkie talkie.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multitask in a high‑traffic environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to stand, bend and climb as required by store operations.
- Availability to work flexible hours to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience (cash handling, stocking or sales); experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
