Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor; anticipate needs and provide personalised assistance.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems accurately, manage cash and payment media in accordance with company policy, and promote add‑on sales such as gift cards.
- Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; maintain stockroom cleanliness and report inventory discrepancies.
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor, execute visual merchandising updates and support planogram adherence.
- Support day‑to‑day sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests and collaborate with colleagues and management to meet store objectives.
- Uphold housekeeping standards and loss prevention procedures to protect inventory and brand integrity.
- Act as a brand ambassador in‑store and within the local market, supporting social media engagement when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of prior retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; combinations of education and experience are considered.
- Familiarity with current fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Proven ability to operate cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad, laptop and walkie talkie.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skill and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency required.

At least 1 year of retail experience in cashier, stockroom or sales capacities; experience in luxury or premium retail preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
