Coach (Tapestry) in Las Vegas, NV seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate III to manage POS, inventory, visual merchandising and customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor; anticipate client needs and provide personalized assistance.
- Operate POS accurately, manage cash/media in compliance with company policy, and promote add-on sales such as gift cards.
- Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain a clean, efficient stockroom.
- Manage inventory levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
- Support sales-floor activity by responding to customer requests, partnering with peers and management, and maintaining housekeeping standards.
- Act as a local brand ambassador including supporting store social media engagement and upholding Loss Prevention guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales experience); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven cash-handling experience and familiarity with cash register systems and POS operations.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability and capacity to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).
- Strong English language proficiency.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably including cashier and stockroom duties; prior experience in a luxury retail environment is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer-service training preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
