Coach is hiring a temporary, part-time Sales Support Associate in Laredo, Texas. The role supports client service, point-of-sale operations, stock processing and replenishment, visual merchandising, and store housekeeping, with a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, peak season, and public holidays.

Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and professionally, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
• Represent the brand internally and in the local market, and support social media engagement.
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, keep the cash wrap organized, and handle cash and payment media in accordance with policy.
• Recommend add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and carry out visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales-floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and collaborate with the team or management as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of prior retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales experience; luxury retail service experience is preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and the competitive marketplace.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including use of an iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and the internet; ability to use a walkie-talkie and understand and read price and product release sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak season, and high-traffic retail days, including public holidays.
• Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs., and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 18.50 per hour.
