Role & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalized service.
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain an organized cash wrap and follow cash/media handling policies.
• Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and keep the stockroom orderly.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor and perform visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards; capture customer information where permitted to support CRM efforts.
• Support sales-floor activities and respond promptly to customer requests, partnering with colleagues and management as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards, adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and assist with local brand representation, including social media engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitor activity in the marketplace.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer competency, including iPad and laptop use; ability to use Mobile POS and walkie talkie.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational ability and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
• Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend and kneel as required.

Experience

At least one year of prior retail experience (cashiering, stockroom or sales); experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant retail or customer-service training a plus.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 18.50 per hour.
