Coach seeks a Temporary Sales Support Associate in Lake Grove, USA. Hourly position offering retail operations, customer service, and inventory management roles.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with warmth, professionalism, and anticipatory service
- Operate the point-of-sale system with accuracy and maintain cash wrap organization and compliance
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards
- Manage inventory levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Suggest product add-ons, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with policy
- Serve as an internal and external brand ambassador; support social media engagement initiatives
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the sales floor and stockroom and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
- Respond confidently to customer requests and partner with management and teammates as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market landscape
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, and mobile POS platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and customer service capabilities
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales functions. Experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred. A combination of relevant education and practical experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
