Coach Temporary Sales Support Associate in Lake George, NY. Part-time retail role supporting sales floor, cash wrap, and inventory management. $15–$19.50/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
  • Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in strict compliance with policy
  • Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
  • Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates in accordance with brand standards
  • Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted by policy
  • Serve as a brand ambassador internally and within the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
  • Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and partner with team members or management as needed
  • Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and strictly adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
  • Lift, carry, and maneuver merchandise and materials weighing up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally; climb, bend, kneel, and move throughout the sales floor and stockroom as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales background), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape in the marketplace
  • Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, mobile POS, and Internet navigation
  • Ability to read and understand price sheets, product release sheets, and communicate via walkie talkie
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a customer-centric mindset

Experience
