Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance.
- Operate POS and cash register systems accurately; manage cash/media and maintain cash wrap organization in compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process and organize shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain a clean, orderly stockroom.
- Replenish sales floor stock, execute visual merchandising updates and ensure product presentation meets brand standards.
- Support floor sales activities and promotional efforts, suggest add-on products, promote gift cards and capture customer information where permitted.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines, maintain housekeeping standards and support local social media/brand ambassador activities when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of cash register systems and Mobile POS; proficiency using iPad and laptop for retail tasks.
- Up-to-date awareness of fashion trends and local market competition.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high‑volume environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy retail seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of climbing, bending and kneeling as required.

Experience
At least 1+ years of prior retail experience, with cashiering, inventory handling or sales responsibilities; luxury or premium brand experience is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service coursework or certifications preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
