Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Support Associate in Lake George, NY. Join Tapestry's retail team delivering elevated customer service ($15.00–$19.50/hr).
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide attentive, personalized service on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
- Operate POS accurately, manage cash/media in accordance with policy, and maintain an organized cash wrap.
- Recommend add-on items, promote gift cards, and collect customer information where permitted to support clienteling.
- Receive, process and organize shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute routine visual merchandising updates.
- Support sales-floor activities and customer requests, partnering with colleagues and management to meet service goals.
- Maintain housekeeping standards, follow Loss Prevention guidelines, and perform safe manual handling (lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally).
- Act as a brand ambassador in-store and in the local market, supporting approved social engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashiering, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury retail environment; combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Working knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive market landscape.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer literacy (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, internet).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in sales floor and stockroom environments.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience; prior cashier, stockroom or sales experience in a luxury or premium retail environment strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
