Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly, anticipate needs, and deliver personalised assistance to create lasting impressions.
  • Operate POS and cash wrap with accuracy; handle cash, cards and media in strict compliance with company policy.
  • Receive, process, and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom order.
  • Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
  • Support sales floor activities by responding to customer requests and collaborating with sales colleagues and management.
  • Promote add-on products and gift cards; capture customer information where permitted to support CRM and clienteling.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards across sales floor and stockroom and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in-store and within the local market, supporting social media engagement as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stockroom, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with current fashion trends and competitive landscape.
  • Proven proficiency with cash register systems, Mobile POS and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop).
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; comfortable climbing, bending and kneeling.

Experience
