Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client welcomes and provide personalized assistance at the sales floor and cash wrap.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS accurately; maintain cash wrap organization and follow cash/media handling policies.
- Support merchandise flow from receipt to sales floor: receive, process, reconcile shipments and transfers, and report discrepancies.
- Maintain stockroom organization, replenish sales floor inventory and execute visual merchandising updates.
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
- Support the sales team on the floor, respond confidently to customer requests and escalate to management when necessary.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and maintain housekeeping standards on the sales floor and stockroom.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within luxury retail; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Current awareness of fashion trends and competitive market activity.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer operations.
- Strong attention to detail, organization and ability to multitask in a high-paced retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of frontline retail experience (cashiering, stockroom or sales), ideally in a luxury or premium retail environment. Demonstrated ability to operate POS systems and manage stockroom processes.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
