Coach Sales Support Associate in King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania – part-time retail role with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized service
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
  • Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to enhance sales performance
  • Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
  • Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates as directed
  • Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and security protocols
  • Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market, supporting social media engagement and community initiatives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace landscape
  • Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet applications
  • Ability to utilize two-way communication devices (walkie talkie) and interpret price and product release sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service capabilities
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Experience
