Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor; anticipate needs and deliver personalized assistance.
- Operate point-of-sale accurately, handle cash/media in compliance with company policy, and maintain an organized cash wrap.
- Receive, process and organize inbound shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain a clean, efficient stockroom.
- Replenish sales floor stock, execute visual merchandising updates, and support loss prevention and housekeeping standards.
- Promote add-on products and gift cards, capture customer information when permitted, and support local brand presence including social engagement.
- Support team and management during peak periods and respond confidently to customer requests; perform physical tasks including lifting and stock movement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury retail environment; combinations of education and experience considered.
- Familiarity with current fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics.
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer/tablet functionality.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and capacity to multitask in a high-volume retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; English proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and kneeling.

At least 1 year of prior retail experience in roles such as cashier, stock associate, or sales associate; luxury retail experience is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
