Coach (Tapestry) seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate in Katy, Texas — in-store cash wrap, stockroom and client service role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with professionalism, anticipating needs and delivering personalised service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate POS systems and Mobile POS accurately; manage cash/media following company policy and maintain an organised cash wrap.
- Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and uphold stockroom cleanliness.
- Monitor and replenish sales floor stock; execute visual merchandising directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards and capture customer information in accordance with privacy guidelines.
- Support loss prevention procedures and follow company security standards.
- Collaborate with sales colleagues and management to respond to customer requests and support store operations during peak periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail service experience preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational ability and capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; able to climb, bend and manoeuvre in sales floor and stockroom environments.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stockroom, or sales); prior exposure to luxury retail environments preferred. Demonstrable customer service performance and familiarity with point-of-sale operations are expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Katy, Texas, USA, with easy access to Houston.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
