Coach Sales Support Associate

Role & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalised service.
• Operate POS and Mobile POS accurately; maintain an organised cash wrap and adhere to cash-handling policies.
• Receive, process and organise shipments and store transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates according to brand directives.
• Support sales-floor activities, respond to customer requests, and partner with sales team and management to meet targets.
• Serve as a brand ambassador in-store and locally, supporting social media engagement when required.
• Maintain housekeeping standards on the sales floor and comply with Loss Prevention procedures.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within luxury or premium retail.
• Working knowledge of cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad, laptop and walkie talkie.
• Current awareness of fashion trends and competitive marketplace activity.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and ability to multitask in a high-traffic environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency required.

Skills

Experience

At least 1 year of prior retail experience; experience in luxury or premium brand retail preferred. Demonstrated customer-facing and cash-wrap experience is essential.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
