Coach Sales Support Associate Part-Time Position in Jenks, Oklahoma - $15-$18.50/hr with medical, dental, vision insurance and 401(k)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance
  • Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market, supporting social media engagement
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
  • Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
  • Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
  • Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
  • Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team members and management as needed
  • Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the sales floor and stockroom, adhering to Loss Prevention guidelines
  • Lift and maneuver merchandise and materials weighing up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; climb, bend, and kneel as required to support sales floor and stockroom operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
  • Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, mobile POS, and internet applications
  • Ability to utilize walkie-talkies, read price sheets, and interpret product release documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally

Experience
