Coach Sales Support Associate Part-Time Position in Jenks, Oklahoma - $15-$18.50/hr with medical, dental, vision insurance and 401(k)
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market, supporting social media engagement
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team members and management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the sales floor and stockroom, adhering to Loss Prevention guidelines
- Lift and maneuver merchandise and materials weighing up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; climb, bend, and kneel as required to support sales floor and stockroom operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, mobile POS, and internet applications
- Ability to utilize walkie-talkies, read price sheets, and interpret product release documentation
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of retail experience in a cashier, stock, or sales capacity is required, with preference for luxury retail service environments. A combination of formal education and practical experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent education or retail/customer service experience equivalent is expected.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 18.50 per hour.
