Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver welcoming, personalized service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor; anticipate client needs and build rapport.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately; handle cash, card and media in strict compliance with company policy.
  • Receive, process and reconcile incoming shipments and inter-store transfers; report inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain stockroom organization, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute merchandising resets and visual updates as directed.
  • Suggest add-on items, promote gift cards, and capture customer data where permitted to support sales and CRM initiatives.
  • Support floor staff during peak periods and respond to customer requests; escalate complex issues to management.
  • Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and maintain housekeeping standards across sales and back-of-house areas.
  • Contribute to local brand presence and social engagement when required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail background preferred.
  • Working knowledge of cash register systems and point-of-sale technology, including Mobile POS on tablets.
  • Proficiency with iPad/laptop use and basic internet navigation; ability to use walkie talkies for store communication.
  • Strong customer service and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational aptitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; frequent bending, climbing and maneuvering required.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasonal periods.
  • Demonstrated awareness of current fashion trends and competitor activity.

Experience

At least 1 year of previous retail experience—cashiering, stockroom, or direct sales—preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and retail experience considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 18.50 per hour.
