Coach Sales Support Associate

Role & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate customer needs and deliver personalized service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage cash/media in compliance with policy, and maintain an organized cash wrap.
• Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Monitor and replenish sales floor inventory; execute visual merchandising updates and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Support sales floor activities by responding to customer requests, suggesting add-on products and promoting gift cards; capture customer information where permitted.
• Serve as a local brand ambassador and support store social media engagement and community initiatives.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and assist management in maintaining store operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashiering, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury retail environment; combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Working knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics.
• Proven ability to operate cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and internet applications.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail setting.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; ability to lift regularly 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical stockroom tasks.

Experience

At least one year of prior retail experience is required, ideally in a luxury or premium retail environment; demonstrated cashiering and stockroom proficiency preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
