Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service and foster long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and personalised attention.
  • Support the sales floor by executing merchandising standards, replenishment, and presentation of product assortments to brand guidelines.
  • Process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while maintaining cash-handling and POS procedures.
  • Manage inventory activities including receiving, cycle counts and shrink-prevention practices to preserve stock accuracy.
  • Assist store leadership with administrative and back-office duties such as CRM updates, reporting and event preparation.
  • Contribute to in-store marketing and VIP events, supporting appointments and elevated service moments for priority clients.
  • Enforce brand visual standards and loss-prevention protocols to protect product integrity and store assets.
  • Train and mentor junior sales team members on product knowledge, selling techniques and operational processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver high-touch customer service in a retail or luxury environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, client-facing demeanour.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail in merchandising, inventory control and transaction accuracy.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Experience
