Role & Responsibilities
- Support the retail sales team by managing daily administrative and operational tasks to enable seamless client experiences.
- Deliver high-quality clienteling: follow up on client enquiries, schedule appointments, manage client records and maintain CRM data integrity.
- Process transactions and returns accurately using the point-of-sale system; reconcile sales and assist with daily cash handling procedures.
- Coordinate inventory activities including receiving, tagging, stock replenishment, cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
- Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure adherence to brand standards and floor-plan directives.
- Prepare regular sales and inventory reports; analyse basic performance metrics and escalate trends to management.
- Collaborate with distribution and regional teams to support product flow, transfers and special order fulfilment.
- Contribute to loss-prevention practices and maintain compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of retail experience, with at least some experience in luxury or premium fashion preferred.
- Proven clienteling and customer-service abilities with a focus on retention and relationship-building.
- Experience with inventory control processes and point-of-sale operations.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak sale periods.
- Strong attention to detail, discretion when handling client data and commercial sensitivity.

Experience
Approximately 3+ years of retail experience, preferably within luxury leather goods or premium fashion; experience supporting sales operations, clienteling and inventory workflows is required. Prior exposure to store reporting and basic analytics is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in retail, business or a related field preferred.
