Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive sales-floor support and clienteling to drive conversion and average transaction value in a luxury boutique environment.
  • Execute point-of-sale transactions, process returns/exchanges and ensure accurate cash handling and daily reconciliation.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through receiving, restocking, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and rapid floor resets to reflect seasonal campaigns and product launches.
  • Use CRM and sales reporting to follow up with clients, manage appointments and track sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with store management and regional teams on stock transfers, client events and omnichannel fulfilment.
  • Prepare and deliver routine operational reports, reconcile discrepancies and escalate issues to management.
