Role & Responsibilities
- Provide in‑store sales support and clienteling to drive conversion and average transaction value, including follow‑up communications and appointment management.
- Support inventory operations: receive shipments, perform cycle counts, process transfers, and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and editorial floor moves to maintain brand presentation and product storytelling.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems and process transactions, returns and exchanges according to company policies.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales and inventory reports; escalate trends and operational issues to store management.
- Assist with training of new hires on store procedures, product knowledge and clienteling best practices.
- Collaborate with omnichannel teams to fulfill e‑commerce orders, in‑store pickups and client requests.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in a luxury or premium brand environment, with demonstrated clienteling skills.
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail for inventory reconciliation and sales reporting.
- Ability to execute visual merchandising guidelines with an eye for brand presentation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional manner with high service standards.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods; ability to lift and move merchandise.

Experience
Typically 2–4 years of hands‑on retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium accessories brands; experience supporting store operations and cross‑functional retail processes is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or vocational training in retail, merchandising or business preferred.
