Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to one or multiple retail locations, including inventory replenishment, stockroom management and merchandise organization.
  • Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure coherent brand presentation and elevated in-store client experience.
  • Support clienteling and relationship-building activities, including appointment coordination, client outreach and follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while adhering to cash-handling and point-of-sale procedures.
  • Prepare and distribute daily/weekly sales and inventory reports to store management and regional teams.
  • Coordinate with regional operations and inventory teams to resolve supply, shipping or stock discrepancies.
  • Assist with receiving, inspecting and tagging inbound merchandise; manage cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
  • Drive loss-prevention practices and ensure compliance with store operational policies and corporate standards.
  • Train and mentor junior sales or stock team members on operational processes and customer service expectations.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects such as events, markdowns, and stock transfers to support sales objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail operations or store support experience, preferably within luxury fashion or accessories.
  • Demonstrable aptitude for inventory control, visual merchandising standards and client-facing protocols.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric orientation.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability for flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion, retail management or a related field preferred.
