Role & Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of sales performance in luxury or premium retail environments.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with an aptitude for relationship building and personalised client engagement.
  • Commercial acumen and comfort handling transactions, basic sales reporting and KPI monitoring.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends, and ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Professional presentation and strong command of customer service etiquette.

Experience

Typically requires three or more years of direct experience in luxury or premium retail sales and clienteling, with demonstrable ability to meet or exceed sales targets and to deliver elevated client experiences.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field preferred.
