Coach is hiring a Sales Support Associate III in New York — responsible for store operations, clienteling and inventory management at Coach.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support for one or multiple retail locations, including opening/closing procedures and point-of-sale oversight.
- Deliver exceptional clienteling and personalised service to high-value customers, managing follow-ups and client records to maximise retention and conversion.
- Support inventory management activities: receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales, cash and operational reports; analyse basic store KPIs to inform local action plans.
- Assist visual merchandising teams with window and floor sets to maintain brand standards and seasonal transitions.
- Coordinate with store management to facilitate staff scheduling, training logistics and ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Act as liaison between store and corporate teams (merchandise planning, CRM, loss prevention) to expedite resolutions and project delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury or premium retail sales support, client services or store operations.
- Strong numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to cash-handling and reporting procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with a customer-focused demeanour.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment and to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Demonstrated discretion handling confidential client information and high-value merchandise.
