Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the store sales team, enabling seamless client experiences across in‑store and omni‑channel touchpoints.
  • Maintain and update client records, manage clienteling activities and follow-up to maximize retention and conversion.
  • Oversee inventory control tasks including receiving, stock reconciliation, replenishment and shrinkage prevention measures.
  • Support visual merchandising and floor sets to ensure adherence to brand standards and seasonal directives.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate daily and weekly sales and inventory reports to store leadership and regional operations.
  • Coordinate returns, exchanges and e‑commerce order fulfilment or store‑pickup processes with logistics partners.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex customer enquiries and support training and onboarding of junior sales staff.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail operations or sales support within a premium or luxury fashion environment.
  • Strong clienteling and customer service aptitude with an ability to cultivate high‑value relationships.
