Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the store sales team, enabling seamless client experiences across in‑store and omni‑channel touchpoints.
- Maintain and update client records, manage clienteling activities and follow-up to maximize retention and conversion.
- Oversee inventory control tasks including receiving, stock reconciliation, replenishment and shrinkage prevention measures.
- Support visual merchandising and floor sets to ensure adherence to brand standards and seasonal directives.
- Prepare and deliver accurate daily and weekly sales and inventory reports to store leadership and regional operations.
- Coordinate returns, exchanges and e‑commerce order fulfilment or store‑pickup processes with logistics partners.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex customer enquiries and support training and onboarding of junior sales staff.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail operations or sales support within a premium or luxury fashion environment.
- Strong clienteling and customer service aptitude with an ability to cultivate high‑value relationships.
- Demonstrated numeracy and organisational skills, with experience in inventory control and sales reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional, client‑centric demeanour.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
Typically 2–4 years of progressive responsibility in retail sales support, store operations or client services within luxury or premium apparel and accessories; experience with omni‑channel fulfilment and reporting preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in business, retail management or fashion merchandising preferred.
